Learn to write your screen play in 6 classes over 9 weeks. Step by step guide on how to structure your story and write a screenplay. The course covers finding stories, breaking your script into 3 acts, working in sequences, crucial moments in story telling, the world of the character, character arc and plotting character growth, analysing scripts, objective and subjective drama, backstory, characters history and inner life, sub plots and sub plot characters and finally how to end a story.

Acting Technique 1 (6 Classes over 6 Weeks)
All actors have to start with Technique 1 - no matter how experienced they are, as it is a very specific technique that Bonnie teaches. Classes are based on the Acting technique’s she studied in New York for three years. Technique 1 is designed to help the actor be totally present and in the moment. Actors will be asked to prepare a series of exercises at home, which they bring into class to perform. 6 Classes over 4-5 weeks. Only 10 people per class.

Technique 2 (6 Classes over 6 Weeks)
Technique 1 must be completed before this class can be taken. Technique 2 is designed to help the actor stay in the moment and really listen. Exercises are done in pairs and are essentially improvisation performed inside structured exercise.

Acting Technique 3 (6 Classes over 6 Weeks)
Technique 2 must be completed before this class can be taken. Technique 3 is an extension of Technique 1 and 2 where actors work individually and in pairs. The class is designed to help the actor find the intention and action behind the words and is based on the Acting technique’s Bonnie studied in New York for three years.

Scene Study
The Workshop gives an actor tools to approach a new script or audition sides correctly, before line readings are developed and poor choices are made.
It covers character study, first contact with the script, the rehearsal process, breaking down a scene into beats, objectives, obstacles, relationships, sub text and finally and most importantly sending and receiving dialogue honestly. Actors are paired up with a partner and given a scene to prepare together for class. In class Bonnie will direct the scene and help the actors find different interpretations of the work and challenge the actor to take direction.

Character Audition Workshop (2 Mornings)
Two Half day workshops where actors are given 4 different roles to prepare over the two days. It is designed to help the actor make quick and strong choices for roles so they get the part! It will also help the actor learn how to make every role different. Roles will be selected specifically for each actor participating in the workshop. Nothing is filmed - the workshop is character driven. It's preferable that actors attending this workshop have completed at least Technique 1. We will also cover top Self Tape Tips.

Monologue Workshop (6 Classes over 4 weeks)
Specific monologues will be selected for each actor. The class is designed to help the actor find their character truthfully and to be in the moment. Actors will have the opportunity of working on 2 or 3 very different characters in each monologue.
